It needs more levels and some kind of epic climax at the end

I really enjoyed this game! Here's what you can improve on:

* Make the key to press to activate an item below the icon for items such as the whistle

* Explain that you kill enemies by walking behind them (You did design the first room to teach the player how it works, but in most games you use some sort of weapon to kill enemies and you should explain you don't need one to avoid some confusion).

* The movement feels delayed sometimes and not precise enough. For example, when I'm moving right, I press down and walk down slightly after I press it.

What you did right:

* The circle that appears showing the radius of the noises you make is really helpful.
* Giving the player a chance to recover when they're found by a guard with a baton.
* Forcing the player to slow down when they are fully spotted is good because it stops players from running through the level and outrunning the guards instead of sneaking around them.
* The XP system is great because it gives struggling players an advantage that they have to work for.

Thanks for the detailed feedback @Catalystl. I'll be addressing the problems you mentioned in future builds. Appreciate making a list of things that you liked.

The gameplay is pretty good, but the platforming and shooting don't mix that well with the chatting, especially when some oppurtunities to text things disappear if you don't click then fast enough. There should be some visual indication that you have limited time to select a message, which would add more urgency and be more fair. The ending was really abrupt, and I think you should have some animation of Scarlett morphing into a demon to make it more apparent you're facing off against her and not some random strong enemy you come across. The boss could use some better design because there aren't interesting ways of attacking them/dodging their attacks.

There actually is no time limit to select a message, they only progress once you move forward a certain amount!

You should give more feedback to the player when they kill enemies, by playing a sound effect and making an explosion to make the game more punchy. There were also a few times where I was surrounded by bullets and I had no choice but to take damage to get away from them. Some powerups other than health and shields should be added to spice things up.

Really cool entry. The gameplay is taught to you instantly and the flowers appearing based on when you grab the previous one is a good design choice too, because you won't spend time waiting for new ones to appear.

My only nitpick is that you make the sound for obtaining a flower a little louder.

I liked it! The sound effects are pretty good and make it satisfying to kill enemies, although I would add more enemies and end wave 3 faster because it took a while to get through without ramping up the challenge.

I encountered a glitch on the first level where I missed my shot and I couldn't fire anything else and had to die. The leaderboard feature seems really nice, but I don't think it works since it just says "Loading..." over and over again.

Small improvements to these things and more gameplay variety would make this game much better and fun.
